We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to drive high visibility digital transformation initiatives across our service contract, warranty, and order administration operations. In this role, you will guide the strategy, roadmap, and execution of impactful programs involving S4 HANA, CRM, eCommerce, and emerging AI capabilities.

This is an onsite position located at either our Cedar Rapids, IA or Windsor Locks, CT location. Relocation assistance is not available.
What You Will Do
Lead large, complex programs accelerating our shift to next generation digital systems
Partner with cross-functional teams to design solutions, configure systems, and oversee testing, migration, and go-live readiness
Develop and manage conversion documentation, data mapping, and deployment planning
Drive timelines, milestones, and execution for multiple transformation workstreams
Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and keep teams aligned and accountable
Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and motivate teams toward common goals
Deliver clear communication, analytics, and reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency and cutover success
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
Experience leading complex digital transformation or process‑intensive programs
Experience with CORE/Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and comfortable leading improvement events
