Senior Business Analyst - Care Platform

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a deep understanding of healthcare management to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive process improvements within our care management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals, product, design, engineering, and management, to gather and analyze business requirements for care management processes.
• Create and maintain documentation of detailed business and functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories, release notes ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for process optimization within care management platform
• Design and propose innovative solutions that enhance care coordination, patient engagement, and overall care quality.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into system specifications and functional design documents.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define testing criteria and scenarios for new features.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements, clarify expectations, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Validate solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the healthcare industry, with a focus on care management processes.
• Solid understanding of care coordination, population health management, and value-based care models.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards, such as HIPAA.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in creating documentation, including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
