We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a deep understanding of healthcare management to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive process improvements within our care management initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a deep understanding of healthcare management to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive process improvements within our care management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals, product, design, engineering, and management, to gather and analyze business requirements for care management processes.
- Create and maintain documentation of detailed business and functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories, release notes ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for process optimization within care management platform
- Design and propose innovative solutions that enhance care coordination, patient engagement, and overall care quality.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into system specifications and functional design documents.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define testing criteria and scenarios for new features.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements, clarify expectations, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Validate solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the healthcare industry, with a focus on care management processes.
- Solid understanding of care coordination, population health management, and value-based care models.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards, such as HIPAA.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in creating documentation, including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
