Job Description
The Video Associate assists the team in the execution of Video plans across the full Video eco-system (Linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV, etc). The role supports all activation activities and provides a solid learning environment in the world of Video.
Key Responsibilities
Video Activation
- Assists in the Video Activation Process for a client
- Analyzes plans from partners
- Issues order letters
- Facilitates makegoods and re-expressions
- Handles all ‘systems’ work (entering buys, etc.)
- Handles any research requests (rankers, ratings reports, buy schedules)
Additional Day-to-Day Tasks
- Handles billing discrepancies
- Updates Traffic docs as needed
- Consistently keeps team “in the loop” on status of projects
Demonstrated Skills and Knowledge
- Solid listening skills and takes notes during meetings, disseminates notes and follow-up as appropriate
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and can concisely explain complicated ideas and changes/differences in results.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, while delegating and managing work of associate appropriately
- Ability to work in a matrix (multi-supervisory) environment; can multi-task, manage one’s time, and demonstrate personal organization and ability to meet deadlines (strong work ethic)
- Adherence to agency procedures (on-time and accurate timesheets, GDPs, 360 feedback)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree required
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $46,500 - $67,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
