Job Description:
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Perform general ledger accounting tasks
Compilation of Medicare and Medicaid cost reports
Works with the Team to assist clients through various regulatory audits
Assist on financial projections for healthcare entities
Prioritize multiple jobs at one time
Participate in practice development/marketing activities
Strive to meet productivity goals assigned by the Firm
Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Educational and Professional Requirements:
Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a major concentration in accounting, finance or other related field
Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
Highly motivated team player with a strong work ethic
Critical problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and/or accounting principles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Very strong attention to detail
Professional, personable, and team-oriented
Adapts to change easily
Self-motivated and results driven
Proficient with software; Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, etc.

The compensation range for this role is $65,000 to $88,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
