Team
The HRIS Team is part of the People Technology organization. We work collaboratively to enable delivery and support of multiple HR priorities, executing on operational plans as well as designing and implementing Workday solutions that provide an awesome end user experience for our Workforce.
Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Principal Business Systems Analyst. The primary area of focus will be Workday Application Management (key areas: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Advanced Reporting skills). You will leverage deep technical and functional process expertise to develop scalable technology solutions for our workforce.

- Combine your strategic thinking and deep HR Technology domain expertise to tackle complex business problems by breaking them down and developing creative, high-quality solutions, all while never losing sight of the big picture.
- Draw on your proven Workday HCM expertise (Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Advanced Reporting) to shape the future. Take full advantage of our WD product investment in a way that scales for the future and flows seamlessly with our internal instance of ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with a variety of partners. Work with internal-facing Product Pods and business stakeholders to deliver connected experiences that put the employee at the center, ranging from strategic initiatives to more immediate technical needs. Use your excellent communication skills to advocate with fellow technologists and business stakeholders.
- Thought leadership. Keep up with changes in the landscape (ex. emerging functionality from future WD releases). Partner with Technical Product Managers and product-based pods to drive and consult on key business initiatives, enabled through new or existing functionality.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- BE/M Tech degree in Information Systems or related discipline; Advanced degree a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience working in the HR technology ecosystem with advanced technical knowledge of Workday: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Advanced Reporting, EIBs and calculat
