What You Will Do:

• Work as part of the Digital Product & Platform Services team to drive company-wide participation throughout the lifecycle of all regulatory audits and assessments
• Become a leading subject matter expert in the regulatory audit and assessment process 
• Creation of detailed an useful documentation to aid technical and business teams 
• Learn how to interpret audit findings and translate them to action items that can be easily ingested by technical teams
• Document action items and associated due dates in our system of record, Jira
• Hold teams accountable to delivery of action items by regularly following up with team members and appropriately escalating action items at risk of missing due dates.
• Field technical questions from team members regarding regulatory audit and assessment requirements
• Educate and onboard new staff members and provide continued education for existing staff members on regulatory audit and assessment requirements
• Produce and maintain a repository for regulatory documentation
• Work with third-party technical vendors by serving as a subject manager expert on regulatory audits and assessments 
• Facilitate technical audits and assessments by coordinating all related activities across technical teams

What You Will Need:

• 2+ years of experience as a technical coordinator or similar role
• Previous gaming experience
• See things through to the end and set the example that the team follows 
• Approach problem solving with a creative mindset with an emphasis on “keeping it simple” 
• Not afraid to work outside of your comfort zone
• Technical background ideally working within software organizations or software/platform support teams
• Trainable, with a passion for learning new things
• Experience facilitating technical audits and creating action items for support/development teams
• Experience in/knowledge of Agile software product delivery preferred
• Experience in gaming regulations and/or compliance preferred

This role is remote, with one required visit to your designated home office per quarter.

Home Office: Jersey City, NJ or Las Vegas, NV
