At HOFF, we’re getting ready to open the doors of our brand new Global Flagship Store in Velázquez, and we’re looking to expand our Sales Associates team, specifically seeking experienced profiles in premium Sneakers brands.

Your mission 👇

As a Sales Associate at HOFF, you’ll be the face of the brand, making sure every customer enjoys a unique shopping experience while contributing to the store’s success.

Customer Experience: Welcome, engage, and advise our customers, ensuring every visit is memorable.

Sales Support: Drive sales by understanding customer needs, showcasing products, and supporting in achieving store targets.

Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the store’s image, keeping displays aligned with HOFF’s guidelines and standards.

Operations: Assist with daily store operations, from stock replenishment and fitting room support to cashier duties when needed.

Team Spirit: Collaborate with your colleagues to create an inspiring and positive atmosphere in the store.

• +2 years of experience in premium brands, ideally in high-volume & related environments.
• A natural flair for customer service and sales.
• High level of spoken Spanish & English (other languages will be highly valued).
• Interest in fashion, sneakers, and lifestyle trends.
• A proactive, team-player attitude with strong communication skills.
• Valid work permit for Spain is required.
