Job Description:

STRIVE, SkillBridge Transition Readiness in Innovation, Value & Excellence, is a comprehensive 3-month program that bridges the gap between military service and corporate readiness by providing formalized skills training, business exposure, mentorship, and professional development.
The Team
Fidelity Corporate Risk Management is a global organization dedicated to protecting Fidelity’s customers, associates, and brand. We do this by helping Fidelity’s business manage operational, regulatory and financial risk. The Project Management Office is responsible for working with our business and technology partners in delivering results associated with strategic initiatives and a multi-million-dollar technology portfolio aligned with Risk mandates.
The Expertise You Have (The order of these bullets do not matter)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience, preferably within financial services
- Knowledge of project management methodologies

- Your ability to lead project efforts relating to planning and execution
- Organizational skills and your ability to balance priorities
- Strong communication, influencing and collaboration skills to think and work effectively across all levels of the technology and business organizations
- Ability to effectively respond to a dynamically changing work environment and to positively influence business outcomes while holding business and tech partners accountable for deliverables.
- An excellent understanding and application of MS Office tools
The Value You Deliver
- Activity and resource planning – define project’s scope and prioritize based on benefit and available resources. Create a clear and concise plan to both execute the project and monitor its progress while making any necessary adjustments along the way.
- Control time management – set realistic deadlines and communicate them constantly to the team. Define and sequence activity and then develop a schedule that is maintained.
- Manage project risks – evaluate potential risks before the project begins and minimize their impact. If unknown risks come up during the project, escalate with the team and adjust accordingly.
- Project tracking – in alignment with the transparency expectations of the Risk Project Management Office, provide all necessary project documentation and tracking information in the agreed upon timeframe.
- Relationships - build and foster business and technology partner relationships.
- Execution – responsible for driving the project to completion on-time and within budget.
- Work with the Business and Technology to document the Benefits/ROI at the start of the project and then ensuring they are achieved when the project is complete.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$179,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
