About the role - you will:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global EHS & OH Analyst Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EHS principles and extensive experience working with EHS software systems, specifically Cority, Enablon, or Intelex. This role will be responsible for supporting our EHS program by managing data, generating reports, and conducting data analysis to identify trends and potential risks. 

 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the EHS/OH Software System (Cority) 

  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across various data sources 

  • Perform regular audits and clean-up activities 

  • Develop and generate customized reports and dashboards for tracking of key EHS/OH metrics and performance indicators 

  • Utilize data visualization techniques to present information in a clear and concise manner. 

  • Provide timely and accurate reports to support decision-making and regulatory compliance. 

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement and enhancements required to our software application use. 

  • Develop data-driven insights to inform strategic EHS & OH initiatives 

  • Prepare and develop documentation to support analytics software and analytics processes such as documenting findings, workflows and other training materials

Your experience includes:

 

  • Experience with data mining and statistical analysis techniques 

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL) 

  • Working knowledge with EHS Software Systems (Cority, Enablon, Intelex etc.) is desirable, but not required 

  • Understanding and experience in EHS, OH or healthcare is desirable, but not required. 

  • Experience with healthcare software systems and/or electronic health record (EHR) systems and end-user workflow optimization is desirable, but not required. 

  • Current undergraduate or master’s student pursuing occupational health and safety, health informatics, public health, health management systems, health analytics or a related discipline, and must be enrolled in Fall 2025 classes.

The estimated base wage range for this position is $22 - $31/hr. The individual base wage is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. 

Seagate offers comprehensive benefits to its eligible Interns, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and participation in the employee stock purchase plan.  Seagate also offers Interns paid time off, including 12 holidays and a minimum of 48 hours of paid sick leave.  The benefits for this position are based on a 24 to 40-hour-per-week schedul
