Job Description

Managing local industrialization projects and coordinating global projects in an International Production Network (IPN) in all phases: acquisition, planning, implementation, monitoring and control and close, using the best project management practices that include the following areas of expertise:

- Identification and scope of the project management;

- Planning and control of time and costs, plan ratio projects;

- Ensure the quality management of the project by ensuring customer satisfaction/systematic at all stages until the stabilization the product in production;

- Management of stakeholders and the communication within the project (internal and external);

- Lead acquisition working group in new acquisitions;

- Alignment of product volume allocations within the IPN;.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

- Master /degree in engineering, management, or similar;

- 4 Years of professional Project Management experience;

- Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written);

- Knowledge of problem solving tools;

- Excellent negotiation skills and decision making;

- Good ability to work in team and under pressure;

- Good capacity of planning, communication and leadership skills;

- High dynamism, initiative and sense of responsibility;

- Knowledge BES (Bosch Engineering System) and PEP (Product Engineering Process);

- Willingness to travel.
