Branch is looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives. This newly created position opportunity will report directly to the VP of Product.

In this role, you will drive user growth and engagement! You will be responsible for the product vision for our growth initiatives and work across teams to bring it to life. You'll own the full feature lifecycle, build the growth roadmap, and track key metrics tied to user acquisition, feature adoption, and revenue. You'll also work closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists to create awesome user experiences.

As a Sr. Growth Product Manager, you’ll get to:

Product Strategy & Development:

  • Establish and execute the product vision for growth initiatives, building alignment across teams and leadership
  • Drive features through the full lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, release, and iteration
  • Build and prioritize the growth roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic initiative

Growth & Analytics:

  • Own key performance indicators that directly impact company goals, particularly around mobile user acquisition, adoption, and revenue
  • Establish a lightweight experimentation framework that drives rapid learnings and actionable insights
  • Design and execute A/B tests in collaboration with data science and engineering teams
  • Analyze user behavior data using mobile analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities
  • Develop and maintain growth models to track and forecast success metrics

Cross-functional Leadership:

  • Lead teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to execute high-impact experiment
  • Partner with product designers to create engaging user experiences
  • Collaborate with marketing to align product features with acquisition and retention goals
  • Share insights and test results across teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • At least 7+ years of product management experience, with 5 years of product experience directly related to growth and monetization
  • Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies for various products
  • Experience in setting up and leading robust experimentation and A/B testing processes
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with metric-based product development
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influencing business decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, curious, and innovative
  • Experience leading projects and teams
  • Proactive self starter with strong bias for action
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Design, Psychology, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in fast-growing, consumer-facing apps that have strong subscription growth.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Austin, TX, is $160,000 - $180,000. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Austin, TX only. Compensation for candidates outside of Austin, TX will be based on the candidate’s specific work location. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.

This role will be based at our Austin, TX office and follows a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines.

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
