Position Overview: The Veterinary Financial Coordinator is responsible for building and presenting comprehensive financial estimates for veterinary services, facilitating effective communication between doctors and clients, and working closely with specialists and veterinary teams. This role requires a blend of financial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

The Client Service Financial Coordinator position directs, plans and coordinates a variety of patient and client service functions that are related to the client management and healthcare teams for the respective department. They build customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. These functions include, but are not limited to:
Develop detailed and accurate financial estimates for proposed veterinary treatments and procedures, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of costs and payment options.
Serve as the primary point of contact for financial discussions, addressing client questions about costs, payment plans, and insurance claims.
Facilitate effective communication between veterinarians, specialists, and clients to ensure all financial aspects of care are clearly communicated and understood.
Work directly with veterinary teams to gather necessary information for financial estimates and coordinate the presentation of these estimates to clients.
Assist clients in navigating insurance claims, providing documentation and support to ensure timely processing of claims.
