Role:
This is a fully onsite role based at our customer’s site in Foster City, CA. We welcome applicants from all locations within the US. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position, and any relocation costs will be the responsibility of the candidate.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.

Within our Analytical Services team, we have a functional service provider solution, which is a unique partnership that allows our customers to demonstrate the experience of our staff, while allowing you, the employee, to gain direct experience working onsite at a pharmaceutical/ biopharmaceutical company, all while maintaining full-time benefits.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist manager with assessing requests, researching materials, facilitating shipments, negotiating requested amounts, and general troubleshooting.
- Material Transfer Request (MTR) generation/processer approvals
- Creates and assembles paperwork required for shipments, including packing slips, invoices, analysis reports, and safety data sheets.
- Shipment Tracking and Communication with Shipping and Receiving Sites
- Provides support to temperature excursions/shipment events, change management, deviations and CAPAs Temperature Monitor Alarm Notifications
- PR initiation/assessment write up (with data provided by the SME)
- CxO communication for disposition as described in event documentation (deviation)
- Processing of CxO to CxO MTRs (processor approval)
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School degree with 1+ years of relevant experience in an analytical GMP regulated environment
- 0 + Years with AA
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Understanding of cGMP and quality control (QC) is a plus
- Knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office LIMS, electronic notebooks, etc. is a plus
- Demonstrates effective time management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team with internal and external clients, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Demonstrates the ability to clearly and concisely present/explain results to multiple internal audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people from a wide range of skill levels and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
