As a Digital Systems Engineer on our team, you have the chance to engineer model-based systems to support our client’s Digital Engineering mission. Your technical expertise will be vital as you consult with the government on the weapons ecosystem being developed to support the design and integration approaches for new weapon concepts. You will develop digital models, engineering plans, and reports as needed to support this development and provide system engineering expertise. Come develop your skills in Digital Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) while gaining experience with new weapon development. Grow your skills by merging Agile system development methods and support creation of new weapon system models and robust WOSA system architectures for development, implementation, and sustainment. You Have: 

• Experience with Digital Engineering and MBSE related to DoD weapon system development

• Experience with MBSE tools and processes to create and manage tailored MBSE artifacts that capture analysis and the resulting engineering decisions and trades made during acquisition and development

• Experience with system engineering life cycle, including requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment for major DoD Air-to-Ground weapon systems

• Experience with MBSE tools, including Magic Draw, Cameo, Teamwork Cloud, or Teamcenter

• Experience with the practical application of SysML and UAF

• Experience with ASSURANT cyber modeling tool

• Experience with USAF Weapons RAPiD GRA

• Experience with DOORS for Requirements Management

• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Knowledge of DoD 5000.86 and 97 series policies, procedures, and processes

• Knowledge of system engineering disciplines, including configuration management, risk management, cybersecurity, and cyber certification processes

• Knowledge of using system models during government engineering reviews

• Knowledge of programming languages, including JavaScript or Python

• Knowledge of Agile Project Management

• Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics

• OCSMP Model User Certification

• INCOSE Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
