Client Success Executive

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to clients across the Americas, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their services while maintaining strong, long-term relationships. You will play a key role in protecting recurring revenue by proactively identifying risks and addressing client concerns before they escalate. The position combines relationship management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a seamless client experience. You will work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
