Our clients are developers, lenders, investors or occupiers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Our team also works closely with its regional colleagues across the CEE and cooperates with colleagues in the wider EMEA region.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p> </p><ul><li>Main tasks: You will lead the management and submission of BREEAM applications and advise clients on their certification needs and the process. 🪙</li><li>Cooperation: Help with other ESG services as we continue to grow. Regular cooperation with other CEE and EMEA Colliers ESG. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏻</li><li>Mapping trends: Identify current trends in the field of ESG. 📈</li><li>Market eminence: Public presentations at workshops and conferences. Generally helping the market to understand the ESG landscape, mainly in your green building expertise. 💬</li><li>Travel: Occasional outdoor tasks, site inspections, client presentations or networking events. As we cover both the Czech Republic and Slovakia, there might also be a less frequent need to travel regionally. 🧳</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p><strong>Necessary</strong>:</p><ul><li>BREEAM assessor: Experience with BREEAM in use is a must, other BREEAM projects are an advantage. A valid BREEAM assessor license is preferable, but not a must. We can cover the upgrade if yours has expired. 🪙</li><li>Technical knowledge: Building design and utility networks. 🏗️</li><li>ESG knowledge: basic understanding of the current EU legislative landscape, technology and other market trends. 💡</li><li>Project management: Prior experience with managing other team members, subcontractors and stakeholders is a must. ⌛</li></ul><p><strong>Advantage</strong>:</p><ul><li>Research capabilities: Prior experience with research and analysis, a more complex understanding of the business environment, especially in the real estate sector is an advantage🔍</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Self-reliance: Able to work individually on given tasks within various workgroups.
