We’re one global team – 50,000 strong – driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world.</p><p> </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>AECOM is currently seeking a <strong>Sustainability PM or Senior Consultant</strong> to be based at our Madrid office.</p><p>The successful candidate will be primarily supporting the existing sustainability services for our multinational and government clients, including Green Building Certification (BREEAM, LEED, ENVISION and other schemes), Sustainability assessments, Carbon footprint calculation, Climate Change assessments, etc.</p><p>In addition, the candidate will be exposed to other environmental, and sustainability related projects associated to building certifications such as energy modelling, life cycle analysis, ecological studies, etc.</p><p>The role would include:</p><ul><li>Information search, data analysis, documentation review</li><li>Reports preparation</li><li>Communication with the certifying bodies (BRE/ITG/GBC/ISI)</li><li>Clients’ communication and commercial activities.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Bachelor or Master’s Degree or Degree in Environmental, Agronomical or Forest Engineering, Chemical engineer, Architect, or related fields.</p><p>Previous experience in a similar role.</p><p>Hold Sustainability certifications (<strong>BREEAM</strong> NEW CONSTRUCTION/BREEAM IN USE//LEED)</p><p>Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
