ABOUT THE TEAM

 

The Compliance Operations department is in charge of running all Compliance related processes in the bank. We make sure that Trade Republic's processes run smoothly and securely in line with laws and regulation. The alignment of our processes with the company's strategic goals, designing and implementing scaling process architectures as well as establishing efficient process measurement systems are at the core of our mission.

The mission of the Quality Assurance Team at Trade Republic is to ensure quality and performance of processes. We actively monitor to ensure the safety and soundness of the Trade Republic system and maintain a healthy, compliant user base.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Perform sample checks on a daily basis to monitor the quality of operational processes
• Analyse quality data to identify operational weaknesses and inefficiencies (root cause analysis), in order to offer actionable feedback and recommendations to the operational teams
• Evaluate the development of quality and performance trends and differentiate one-time effects from repetitive behaviour
• Clearly structure findings and proactively report observed trends to relevant stakeholders
• Provide clear individual feedback to agents who made errors in operational tasks
• Identify opportunities for QA automations and other improvements to QA processes
• Foster a culture of quality excellence in all aspects of the operation

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Self-driven personality with a “hands-on” approach and outstanding analytical skills with a quick understanding of new subjects and a willingness to learn and excel in a demanding startup environment
• First practical experience in data analysis and coding is an advantage (SQL or Python)
• Excellent communication skills in English and German are required, additional languages can be helpful
• Attention to detail is of utmost importance, as well as a willingness to challenge the status quo for the purpose of improving quality and performance
• Berlin-based or willingness to relocate to Berlin
