Position OverviewAmeriSave is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our high-impact Marketing team, focused on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). You’ll lead experimentation efforts using VWO and Google Analytics to design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests that drive measurable improvements in user experience and conversion performance. Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of A/B and multivariate tests using VWO.
Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and engineering teams to define test hypotheses and KPIs.
Ensure test accuracy through rigorous QA and validation processes.
Analyze test results using Google Analytics and other tools to extract actionable insights.
Maintain and prioritize a robust backlog of test ideas aligned with business goals.
Mentor junior team members and help establish best practices for experimentation.
Monitor user behavior and site performance to identify optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in CRO, QA, or front-end engineering roles.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser debugging tools.
Hands-on experience with VWO and Google Analytics is required.
Strong understanding of statistical significance, test design, and experimentation frameworks.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in mortgage, fintech, or lead generation environments.
Familiarity with tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
Awareness of accessibility and performance optimization best practices.
