We are looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead a geographically distributed team focused on different aspects of healthcare reimbursement, patient accounting, and revenue cycle management (RCM). In this role, you will shape the strategic vision, oversee the development and delivery of our products, and collaborate closely with quality assurance, release management, and product support teams to instill an AI-first approach throughout the product lifecycle. This leadership position is critical in advancing innovation, improving healthcare financial performance, and driving transformation across the health technology sector.
Job responsibilities
- Own a high scale cloud service handling billions of transactions.
- Provide leadership, direction and strategy for a team of engineers and architects.
- Develop a prioritized roadmap of products, features and operational requirements.
- Drive the delivery of roadmap commitments on time with high quality.
- Supports the Task Order development for our Federal customers.
- Work closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure cross-organizational dependencies are managed effectively.
- Provide regular updates to executive management.
- Monitor the health of the services in the cloud and proactively drive solutions to problems before they impact availability or reliability.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, or equivalent.
- Experience leading and growing software development teams.
- Experience leading development of commercially available multi-tenant services in the cloud.
- Strong understanding of cloud native architectures.
- Demonstrated ability in writing documents that clearly articulate the product roadmap and engineering delivery plans.
- US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Preferred qualification
- Understanding of how AI can be used to enhance different stages of product development and support.
- Background in patient accounting products.
As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $118,300 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
