Job Location: Newport News, VA 23606Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly

Dynamic apartment management company is interviewing for an Apartment Assistant Property. The ideal candidate would have 2 years experience in the Apartment Management industry, but if you are the right candidate for the position, we will train. Must also have the drive to achieve superior leasing & rent collections performance.

Job Requirements:

• Successful experiences in rent collections
• Effective Marketing Experience, with a working knowledge of social media outlets
• Working knowledge of local laws & court procedures
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities

• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• AppFolio experience is a plus

 

License/Certification:
