WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Applies liquid paint to product surfaces per customer specifications, performing color changes and prepping parts.
• Obtains production schedule, gathers coatings, and verifies product details for each run.
• Cleans and maintains paint equipment, including guns, pressure pots, and pumps, and performs light maintenance on paint booths.
• Mixes paints and solvents to the correct ratio and inspects products for quality issues like dents, debris, or poor prep.
• Operates various equipment, such as paint guns and automatic paint bells, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follows work instructions, rotates between stations, and monitors supply levels for replenishment.

WHO YOU ARE

• Knowledge of liquid painting processes normally acquired through six (6) months experience in a similar position strongly desired.
• Previous experience with small hand tools is beneficial. 
• Must have good attention to detail in order to visually identify minute imperfections, or defects.
• Ability to work on a fast-paced, constantly forward moving production line.
