This position is Remote Based in the East Coast.
Summary:
Oversees the configuration of computer applications. Evaluate the business request for change and the impact. Maps the application function and master data needs and implements changes to meet the business objective. Prepares all necessary documentation for change. Coordinates with the business and manufacturers to define the process for change. Evaluates and recommends application improvement opportunities and release documentation to adapt new functionality. Maintains process for managing change requests.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement configuration solution for BECS and related applications
- Work closely with business stakeholders and third parties to define business requirement and configuration solution
- Oversee and coordinate configuration tasks assigned to third partly
- Adhere to all Quality validation, IT and business procedure in the documentation of all configurations
- Maintain the queue and schedule of all change requests assigned to the department
- Evaluate all manufacturer releases and work with functional on recommendations
- Manage the application life cycle
- Continue to build and develop and administrative super user knowledge of application function and configuration capability
- Assemble necessary updates and reports and provide to supervisor
- Needs to be flexible with work schedule and be able to periodic late nights or be on call weekends if necessary
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

- Responsible for meeting all personnel procedures and policies
- Organize near term and plans long term tasks to meet schedule
- Defines the tactical approach to deliver solution to diverse situations
- Manages internal and external relationships and recommends changes
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Subject Matter Expert in assigned area, ability to set clear team goals, delegate tasks and deadlines, oversee day-to-day operation, and motivate team members, define requirements for the business and communicate those to the vendor
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 8 years of experience
