The Cabinets Field Manager oversees the entire cabinet installation process, from pre-installation site assessments to post-installation quality checks. This role combines responsibilities across all levels of field management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and up to quality standards. The Cabinets Field Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the client, installation team, and office staff, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day field operations for cabinet installation projects, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage.
Conduct site assessments prior to installations to confirm project readiness and identify potential challenges.
Coordinate and schedule installation teams, aligning resources with project timelines and priorities.
Oversee quality control by inspecting completed installations and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving on-site concerns and maintaining strong client relationships.
Collaborate with the office team to ensure accurate project documentation and uphold customer satisfaction.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to schedules.
Enforce safety standards on all job sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Train and mentor field staff, fostering skill development and promoting high-quality workmanship.
Address and resolve escalations or conflicts that may arise during cabinet installations.
Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, team performance, and field-related concerns.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, or field management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multiple teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
Knowledge of cabinet materials, construction, and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials related to cabinet installation.
Comfortable working on-site in various conditions, including active construction environments.
