Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Monthly account reconciliations
• Weekly/monthly reporting and schedules preparation
• Research accounting issues related to the business needs and ensure timely follow through until resolution
• Daily cash application (exception based)
• Support the finance and operations teams by completing various data and report requests
• Provide support and assist with ad hoc requests/special projects for team objectives
• Assist in improving processes and leveraging technology to create efficiencies
• Proactively identify and contact all clients that meet collection criteria and effectively manage and reduce accounts receivable balance.
• Resolve billing disputes

What You Must Have…

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration and/or a minimum of 2 years equivalent experience, preferably in an accounts receivable role

What Would Make You a Stand-out:

• Strong analytical ability and detail oriented
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to liaise between operations and internal/external customers
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel
• Prior experience with SAP is preferred
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and manage multiple priorities.
• Open to a continually changing environment and have strong interest in learning new systems and processes.

Additional Requirements:

• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
