Media Buyer

We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive <strong>Media Buyer</strong> to fill an open role with specific expertise in <strong>iGaming</strong> Media Buying. You will be a member of the Adcash Media Buying team, with the main goal of planning, executing and maximizing the performance/ROI of affiliate campaigns.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>What you will do...</strong><br/></p><ul> <li>You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns to achieve our business objectives.</li> <li>Use advertising platforms to buy traffic from multiple traffic sources using Pop, Push, Display and Video ads.</li> <li>Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign execution.</li> <li>Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.</li> <li>Provide recommendations for campaign improvements based on data analysis.</li> <li>Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to develop effective landing pages and ad creatives.</li> <li>Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.</li> <li>Develop and maintain relationships with traffic sources, gain deep insights into their traffic quality and ad formats.</li> <li>Develop relationships with Brands, closely collaborate with them to expand activities and provide new solutions to their marketing and advertising goals.</li> <li>Share campaigns' performance-related metrics with the team and its management.</li> </ul><p><strong>We'd love to meet someone with...</strong></p><ul> <li>3+ years experience in affiliate marketing and media buying.</li> <li>Extensive experience in managing performance advertising campaigns, iGaming products/brands is a must (experience with other verticals is an advantage).</li> <li>Understanding of different ad formats (Pop, Push, Native, Video) and traffic sources (Ad Networks, DSPs, etc.).</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking tools.</li> <li>Extensive working knowledge of performance-based online marketing models (e.g., CPM, CPA, CPI, CPC).</li> <li>Know-how in optimizing products and services based on customer needs.</li> <li>Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.</li> <li>Great negotiation skills.</li> <li>Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.</li> <li>Capability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects on schedule.</li> <li>Experience with creating ad creatives (ad copies) and Landing Pages/Prelanders would be a plus.<br/></li> <li>Experience with PPC (Google) and/or Meta platforms would be considered an advantage.</li> </ul><p><strong>The life of an Adcasher includes…</strong></p><ul> <li>Friendly team, where you will collaborate and learn</li> <li>Use of the latest tech and equipment</li> <li>Flexible work conditions with the option to work hybrid</li> <li>Vibrant office in Tallinn, Sofia or Barcelona</li> <li>Health compensations</li> <li>Fun and memorable team events</li> <li>Access to an online training platform for further self-development</li> <li>A shuttle program offering you an opportunity to work from our other offices</li> <li>A seniority program triggering additional vacation days</li> <p><br/></p></ul><p><strong>A little bit about Adcash </strong></p><p>Adcash is a global online advertising platform.
