We are thrilled to announce the opening of a new position within our growing Plumbing Department: Talent Acquisition Specialist. This pivotal role is dedicated to focusing on our plumbing opportunities and ensuring we attract top talent to join our team.

• Source New Referral Channels: Identify and cultivate new referral sources to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Job Fairs and Hiring Events: Find and attend plumbing-related job fairs and hiring events to engage with potential candidates and promote our organization.
• Screening and interviewing: Making sure that qualified canadines are being moved forward in the hiring process.
• Candidate Testing: Assist in the implementation of candidate testing to ensure we hire the most skilled and suitable individuals for our plumbing roles.
• Business Partner: Act as a strategic business partner to the Plumbing Department, understanding their specific needs and collaborating to meet their staffing requirements.
•  Other duties as needed

Requirements

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and forecasting 
• Source resumes
• Screening resumes
• Perform in-person and virtual interviews with candidates
• Administer appropriate company assessments
• Perform background checks and drug tests
• Make recommendations to company hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process
• Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
• Complete timely reports on employment activity
