Supervisor - Food & Beverage

Core Tasks (What you are responsible for)
Primary Responsibilities Business
• Oversee nightly restaurant service operations, ensuring all mise en place is complete and service is set for success.
• Confirm reservations daily and ensure guest notes and preferences are accounted for.
• Maintain accurate monthly inventories of wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Complete required administrative tasks, including schedule creation, reporting, and operational checklists.

Brand
• Deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every guest feels recognized and valued.
• Uphold and model Foley Hospitality’s steps of service, ensuring they are consistently followed by the team.
• Partner with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and floor operations.

Culture
• Lead, train, and develop the restaurant service team to ensure a high-performance, guest- focused culture.
• Provide feedback, recognition, and coaching to support team growth and engagement.
• Maintain clear communication with the General Manager and collaborate on cross- department initiatives as needed.
