The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. • Lead the Crew: Manage a team of Dealer Service Coordinators who are the front-line heroes for our dealer clients.
• Auction Day Action: Own the dealer sales lane — assign run numbers, rep vehicles, work the “IF” counter, and upsell like a pro.
• Customer Champion: Be the go-to for resolving issues, answering questions, and making sure every dealer leaves happy.
• Cross-Functional Collaborator: Partner with ops, recon, sales, and more to ensure every vehicle is ready to roll.
• Digital Dynamo: Educate customers on Manheim’s online platforms like OVE.com, Simulcast, and Manheim.com — and help them win big.
• Metrics Master: Monitor performance, staffing, and service levels to keep everything firing on all cylinders.
• Culture Driver: Set the tone with professionalism, integrity, and a whole lot of team spirit.

Qualifications

Minimum

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year experience in a related field; or 10 years’ experience in a related field
• 1+ year of experience in management or lead role
• Requires strong knowledge of customer service and sales
• Excellent communications skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization

Preferred

• Degree in related discipline strongly desired
• Experience in automotive industry desired
