You will utilize your ability to combine systems integration and service delivery knowledge. You will maintain the highest degree of client satisfaction with every customer and trading partner. </p> <p> </p> <p>What the role offers: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Act as the technical lead or technical specialist in customer data integration projects. </li> <li>Define and develop data integrations including planning, documentation, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and deploying customer connections with trading partners. </li> <li>Interact with customers to understand their business requirements and to develop and maintain good customer relations. </li> <li>Analyze customer requirements, data integrations, and interfaces. </li> <li>Implement changes for existing data integrations. </li> <li>Utilizing your strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What you need to succeed: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Experience with complex implementation projects in the IT field. </li> <li>Experience in working with data integration.</li> <li>Experience with various data transfer protocols (FTP(S), SFTP, AS2, HTTP(S)). </li> <li>Basic knowledge/understanding of programming with Java C# or C++, for example.</li> <li>Experience with Windows and Unix environments and knowledge of Web Services and SQL. </li> <li>Experience with integration tools/ERP systems e.g. BizTalk, WebMethods, TIBCO, SAP. </li> <li>Knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and common XML standards (XCBL, CXML, OAGIS, Papinet). </li> <li>Confidence in communicating with customers and conducting presentations. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>One last thing: </p> <p> </p> <p>OpenText is more than just a corporation, it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>OpenText's efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
