The Greenridge Group, a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management is seeking a Project Manager II-Airport Technology & Low Voltage Systems (Los Angeles) to join our team. We deliver fully integrated Program management solutions to both public and private sector clients, including serving as the prime contractor for several public sector clients.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and execution of low voltage, IT, and special systems as part of a major airport redevelopment program in Los Angeles. This role requires leadership in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring system integration, and maintaining compliance with airport technology standards.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary IT liaison for a large-scale terminal program, ensuring smooth rollout and execution of IT and special systems without impacting ongoing airport operations.
*Salary Range: $170K/Year-$185K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management efforts for IT and low voltage/special systems within a major terminal redevelopment project.
- Act as primary liaison between project stakeholders, contractors, and the airport’s Information Technology team.
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget to deliver on project objectives.
- Oversee design and construction activities, including RFP development, procurement, coordination, and approvals.
- Conduct risk management, reporting, and quality assurance for all IT/special systems deliverables.
- Ensure stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration throughout all phases of the project.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in aviation or transportation infrastructure.
- Proven leadership in IT/special systems, low voltage, and technology integration projects.
- Experience managing projects over $50M in value.
- Strong knowledge of construction delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, Design/Build).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications (PMP, PE, LEED, etc.) a plus.
Other Requirements
- Full-time, on-site position at Los Angeles airport project site (Monday–Friday, with occasional nights/weekends).
- Must provide own laptop and cell phone; ability to VPN into owner’s system as needed.
- Transportation to/from project site is the consultant’s responsibility.
