We have an opportunity for a Principal HRIS Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the use, configuration and day to day operations of SuccessFactors at Hasbro.

 

This position will play a key role in taking ownership of and providing support for SuccessFactors and other people technology tools! The Principal HRIS Lead will partner and support end-users by serving as a liaison between IT and the business groups using HR applications to understand workflows, define requirements and business processes, and lead in solution planning to design, configure, test, and trouble shoot as a domain expert.

 

This role may be located remotely in the Northeastern states.

 

A day in the life of a Principal HRIS Analyst:

• Works in concert with the Director of HR to drive the strategic development of SuccessFactors and implementation of new modules/functionality.
• Takes point on all testing, management and ongoing optimization of SuccessFactors while seeking opportunities to improve our processes, provide a better employee/candidate experience and scale with the business globally.
• Identify and resolve configuration issues to ensure operational efficiency.
• Partner with key stakeholders to define and implement efficient and effective HR processes and procedures that leverage technical capabilities for the collection, maintenance, and reporting of data.
• Provide support, including researching and resolving issues. Continually evaluate and provide thought leadership around necessary improvements and enhancements to meet business needs.
• Maintain security administration for end users within SuccessFactors.
• Assists in developing and documenting standard operating procedures and training for users.
• Provide ongoing production support to the business regarding application functionality and data integrity, including identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical production issues, enhancements, and year-end processes.
• Interacts with vendors and participates in all HRIS SuccessFactors design, implementation and maintenance projects.
• Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points and best practices.

 

What you’ll bring:

Education & SAP SuccessFactors Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree desired in one or more of the following fields: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Computer Science.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certifications (ideal but not required).

SAP SuccessFactors Experience:

• 5 - 10 years, deep functional and technical knowledge platform configuration and development; SuccessFactors.
• Experience in at least 1 SAP SuccessFactors Implementation, Module Rollout, or comparable experience.
• Deep understanding of system testing with knowledge of designing and implementing test plans, functional, and user acceptance test cycles.

Project Experience:

• Led 3 - 4+ projects.
• Involved in 7+ projects.
