As a Senior Compliance Coordinator, you will provide administrative services to plans that have been designated for internal compliance services.

What you will do

  • Complete moderately complex form 5500 filings with the DOL and annual non-discrimination tests as required by the IRS

  • Consult on general compliance services and qualified administration

  • Maintain Microsoft Access database and Excel spreadsheets, as well as generate regularly scheduled reports and plan documents

  • Import and review census data

  • Provide training and assistance to less experienced team members

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related area, or equivalent experience

  • 2 - 4 years related work experience, preferably in the retirement or financial services industry

  • Knowledge in (or a willingness to become knowledgeable in) your own area of functional responsibility related to compliance services, in addition to technical retirement plan knowledge

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and determine appropriate action

  • Ability to identify, then either resolve or refer escalated issues

Base Salary Range

$48,300.00 - $66,450.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
