Responsible for delivering insightful reporting and analytics solutions to the global commercialization organization, including Senior Vice President, Vice President level leaders in headquarter, markets, and the organizations. Collaborate with commercialization executive leadership, marketing/sales leaders, finance teams, and Strategy and Operation leads to understand their reporting and analytics needs and translate the requirement into high impact deliverables. Facilitate periodical WW (worldwide) brand team business performance review meetings. Communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Centralize and streamline WW commercial executives and team ad-hoc queries and performance management requests, ensure "the single version of truth" is communicated throughout the organization. Serve as the connective layer between Headquarters and local performance discussions. Work with the in-market teams globally to design and operationalize consistent reporting capabilities in each country. Govern a consistent user experience across all global reporting services and tools. Define process for developing standard cross-function metrics and templates for all global commercialization performance management services while enabling scalability, customizability, and flexibility. Serve as the international commercial data expert in BIA (business impact analysis) organization to advise data strategy, identify opportunities for cross-market data best practices and synergies. Work with function area teams to develop the capability framework and deployment plan, governance of Business Performance processes for Commercial in partnership with cross-functional matrix team, Identify the capability gaps in different markets/therapeutic areas. Manage onshore and offshore resources, ensure quality of all deliverables, maximize operating efficiency, and provide onboarding and training to internal/external resources. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Master's degree in Medical Sciences, Biology, Life Science or a related field plus 8 years of post-baccalaureate experience in pharmaceutical/life science analytics or Bl (business intelligence) related field.

Must have experience with/in:

  • Leading cross-functional and enterprise-wide programs, operating and influencing across the organization and within complex contexts;
  • Commercial performance metric development and visualization technologies;
  • Extracting strategic and tactic insights from a broad set of commercial data, key analytics, and providing answers and recommendations to key business questions;
  • US and international secondary pharmaceutical data sources for national and subnational data assets;
  • Hands on work using Tableau, SQL to develop impactful reports/dashboards; and
  • Interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.

The required skills do not need to be maintained over the full term of required experience.

May work remotely 5 days every 2 weeks within normal commuting distance of Lawrenceville, NJ.
