Product Manager - Mobile App

As the Product Manager for the mobile app, you are responsible for our group app that is used by multiple lotteries. This is a strategic, but hands-on product role where you can make a big impact and help shape the future of the Postcode Lottery apps. And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.

Our mobile app is a new product that's been recently launched for Vriendenloterij and Postcode Loterij. This is one of our so-called group products, meaning it's a scalable and configurable solution soon also be launched for our international lotteries like People's Postcode Lottery and Deutsche Postcode Lotterie. It's a complex and technical product, but still we always want to put our players first and make the experiences in the app as fun, interactive and easy as possible. In this Porduct Manager role your will be in charge of driving the future of our apps and helping them scale further and further.

As Product Manager, you’ll:

• Roadmap: Define and execute the roadmap for the mobile app, by working together with a wide range of international stakeholders.
• Collaborate with our design, research and data teams to find opportunities to make our products even better and deliver maximum value to our players.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Content, Analytics, Security.
• You make sure that your product is meeting the needs of the company’s long and short term goals and create measurable impact.
• Take care of daily operations like prioritizing features and improvements for rapid execution.

You’d describe yourself as follows:

• You have a Master's degree in business and/or technical sciences.
• Bring at least 5 years of experience in product manager/owner, with a solid experience in customer facing products, preferably Apps.
• You possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and you understand how to translate requirements into technical solutions and product design.
• Have a proven track record of delivering high-profile product features from start to end for an international setting.
• You get things done with an entrepreneurial attitude, preferably having set up, executed, and successfully delivered end-to-end projects or having experience running your own company.
• A monthly salary indication between €5,900,- and €7,000,- based on a 40-hour week and flexible working hours.
