Senior Product Designer

The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a mission-driven startup that provides data tools designed to guide the real estate market to a net-zero carbon future. Our platform allows investors and fund managers to get meaningful and actionable data that enables them to improve their assets' ESG performance and reduce their footprint on the planet. As a Product Designer, you’ll contribute to the design vision of our ESG platform.

Responsibilities

• Implement brand new features and visualizations end-to-end

• Own design problem spaces end-to-end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond

• Influence product direction through collaboration, user research, and storytelling

• Partner with engineers to ensure your designs are shipped at a high quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX and Product design, across several platforms

• Ability to translate user needs and problems into functional designs

• A keen ability to organize data both beautifully and functionally

• Curiosity to dig several layers deep into solutions, constantly trying to improve the designs

• Experience working closely with engineers, making sure your designs are implemented pixel-perfect
