As an emerging, high-growth, global, and dynamic organization, we recognize the impact our people make every day with our customers and partners. We are looking to add a Talent Operations Lead to help develop scalable programs, processes, systems, and policies across the full employee life cycle, in line with our mission, values and culture, and with a strong focus on employee experience. This position will focus on talent priorities around the full employee life cycle, including mobility policies and processes, HR data quality and analytics, systems configuration and implementation, risk management and compliance, wellness and communication, business expansions through international expansion and M&A, and other projects as the business expands. Responsibilities: ·       Lead efforts toward continuous improvement of a high-quality People Operations function·       Support our team global members by being knowledgeable and responsive about a range of HR topics including, payroll, benefits, onboarding, policies, culture, etc.·       Maintain and update ongoing employee life cycle information and changes related to compensation, benefits, career mobility, organizational structure, among others·       Create efficiencies by leveraging HR technology to help automate operational processes·       Support the development of a metrics-driven organization that leverages reporting, dashboards, and SLA tracking to provide actionable insight on service delivery, operations accuracy, and effectiveness.·       Foster ongoing communication and education around employee programs and initiatives·       Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate internal controls and relevant internal audits are in place.·       Assist with various standard and ad hoc reports, audits, and filings throughout the year Requirements:·       5+ years of experience in multiple HR disciplines including benefits, payroll, HR policies, HRIS, and compliance·       A Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in HR or Business.·       Experience leading effective HR programs independently in high-growth organizations·       Experience as an administrator for enterprise HRIS/payroll systems (i.e. ADP, Paylocity)·       Analytical, detail-oriented and project management focused ·       Comfort with ambiguity and ability to use sound judgment to drive complex issues to resolution·       A strong service orientation, high level of enthusiasm and a desire to help others succeed and grow·       Tech Industry experience highly desired·       Excellent organizational and collaboration skillsIf this job isn’t for you but you have a friend who may be a perfect fit - share this job with them!
