The Role
Wpromote is looking for a visionary and hands-on Senior Director, Performance Creative to lead and evolve one of the most critical disciplines within our creative organization. This role is equal parts strategist, builder, manager, operator, and performance marketer. You’ll oversee a high-performing, cross-functional team while advancing how we develop, test, scale, and systemize creative for today’s most dynamic brands.
You’ll bring a deep understanding of performance creative and how to build campaigns that convert, as well as a forward-looking mindset that embraces innovation, particularly around how AI tools can drive smarter, faster creative development in partnership with human ingenuity. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.
This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.

You Will Be

  • Overseeing and inspiring the Performance Creative department by setting a clear vision, driving creative excellence, and aligning strategic priorities with client and business goals.
  • Leading new business proposals and RFP responses from a performance creative lens, including strategy, pitch materials, and staffing recommendations.
  • Partnering with the team in building out Statements of Work (SOWs) that define deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Collaborating with SVP of Creative and Creative Ops Director on service model optimization, team capacity planning, and process refinement
  • Managing and mentoring a diverse team of designers and creative strategists, building career paths, fostering creative excellence, and providing frequent, thoughtful feedback.
  • Identifying and managing external creative production partners and freelancers.
  • Setting and tracking performance goals and OKRs for individuals and the department, conducting regular 1:1s and team health check-ins.
  • Leading weekly team stand-ups, monthly all-hands, and other key touchpoints to ensure alignment and foster a culture of collaboration and ownership
