<h1><b><span>THE ROLE &amp; TEAM</span></b></h1><p><span>As a <b>Senior Product Manager </b>in the Zalando’s Warehouse Management System team, you will become an expert in Warehouse Logistics and have end-to-end ownership of discovering, defining, launching and improving world-class solutions for Zalando’s 50 MM+ customers. This role is specifically focused on Logistics Inbound, which is responsible for all the processes and solutions to move goods from the Inbound transports to the storage locations in our warehouses, executing the required actions along the journey and maximizing the efficiency and ease of use for our warehouse operators. You’ll drive the execution of the multi-year product strategy hands-on: from product requirements to KPI tracking and reporting ​</span></p></li><li><p><span>With the aid of Analytics and the Process Excellence team, you will develop new and more effective ways to bring items and pallets into our warehouse's storage locations for optimal fulfilment to customers (manual/automated)</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will collaborate with product, engineering and commercial operations teams across the organization (Transport, Logistics, Network planning, Stock, Analytics, to name a few) </span></p></li><li><p><span>As an analytical, pragmatic system-thinker, you’ll prioritize the roadmap basing your arguments on insights derived from qualitative and quantitative data. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Running at-a-warehouse interviews, tests, and launches to ensure we’re building the right impact on the daily work of hundreds of employees in our fulfillment network.</span></p></li></ul><h1></h1><h1><b><span>WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF</span></b></h1><ul><li><p><span>You are an experienced, data-driven and highly collaborative Product Management leader.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You have experience in one of the following domains: logistics, supply chain, warehouses, delivery of any type and employee-facing applications.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You have the willingness to dive deep into Logistics, operational challenges and productivity-driven products.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You have the analytical skills to break down operational problems with the help of statistics, mathematics, and engineering along with competitive insights to derive sound product <span>recommendations. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span>You are proficient in English (written &amp; spoken).</span></p></li><li><p><span>You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and to involve various stakeholders on different levels proactively.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A growth mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions, working to establish a continuous improvement culture whilst providing the team the stability they need to be productive. </span></p></li><li><p><span>You have experience working with engineering teams, steering product direction from discovery to delivery.</span></p></li></ul><h1></h1><h1><b><span>OUR OFFER</span></b></h1><p><span>Zalando provides a range of benefits, here’s an overview of what you can expect.
