<p><br/><span><strong>Location:</strong> Grugliasco, Italy (Lear Corporation Headquarters)</span><br/><br/><span>Join <strong>Lear Corporation</strong>, a global leader in automotive technology, at our Italian headquarters in <strong>Grugliasco</strong>. We are looking for a <strong>Senior Accounting Specialist</strong> to support finance operations for our <strong>plant and tech center in Gustavsburg</strong>, near Frankfurt, Germany — both key Lear Corporation sites.</span><br/><br/><span><strong>Your Mission</strong></span><br/><br/><span>As a Senior Accounting Specialist, you will support the Assistant Controller and Plant Controller, contributing to daily operations and playing a key role in financial closings, cost analysis, and compliance activities.</span><br/><br/><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span><br/><span>• Support accurate and timely month-, quarter-, and year-end closings (P&L and balance sheet)</span><br/><span>• Prepare journal entries, cost analysis, and system data entry</span><br/><span>• Perform intercompany and supplier reconciliations</span><br/><span>• Supervise payables and receivables; maintain partial books</span><br/><span>• Provide weekly reports on overheads, product margins, engineering hours, and POs</span><br/><span>• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, SOX requirements, and internal procedures</span><br/><br/><span><strong>Requirements</strong></span><br/><span>• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting</span><br/><span>• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance/accounting role</span><br/><span>• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (MFGPro/AS-400, Hyperion)</span><br/><span>• Fluent in English </span><span> </span></p>
