Manufacturing Quality Engineer (Costumer Complaints)

Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Enable compliance of quality requirements of Series productions and manufacturing process by the use of Quality core tools, Problem Solving, Q-methodologies, applicable state of the art digital quality tools, following Bosch directives and procedures.  </p><ul><li>8D team leader (lead, manage and coordinate) of customer complaints for manufacturing (FA/SMT).</li><li>PS Expert &amp; facilitator for all customer complaints in manufacturing</li><li>Maintenance of quality assurance matrix (QAM) and related Q tools</li><li>Actively coordinate actions to reduce customer complaints or internal escapes. (e.g. AOI , functional escapes)</li><li>Responsible of sharing and evaluating lessons learned in order to lead its sustainability</li><li>Improve systems and procedures (FA/SMT)</li><li>Drive reduction of internal defect cost (IDC) and fall off rate (FOR)</li><li>Perform layered process audits (LPA) and give solutions to open points under his responsibilities.</li><li>Perform Gembas and reviews 6S in production shop floor.</li><li>Reinforce quality controls.</li><li>Creates internal claims towards suppliers for follow up by PQA</li><li>Regular communication within IPN on Q-related topics.</li><li>Follow up of material on “HOLD” to release it (documentation)</li><li>Champion of ALR process.</li><li>Responsible of monitoring Quality controls according to PFMEA.</li><li>Work together with the SMT/FA group to solve quality issues.</li><li>Champion of Quality Basics 1,2,14.     </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Substantial product and manufacturing process knowledge, APQP, PPAP, XFMEA, MSA, SPC, ISO TS 16949</li><li>Problem Solving Methods (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin, ...)</li><li>Customer Requirements</li><li>Moderation and communication/negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to build relationships across different regions (intercultural abilities).
