This role goes beyond standard development work — you’ll be actively involved in brainstorming, solving complex problems, and prototyping innovative ideas.</p><p>Rather than simply working through a backlog of tasks, you'll play a key role in designing new products from the ground up, helping to define <em>what</em> we’re building and <em>why</em>.</p><p>Although we operate at scale, our structure is built around small, focused teams. This means that while everyone brings specific expertise, we also work across roles when needed.
