Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

Location: Huntsville, AL (On-Site)

Duties:

• Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements. Understand and provide updates to Link-16 interface design documents as applied to future requirements with MDS Elements.
  
• Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals. Prepare assessments and reports regarding C2BMC and BOA spiral requirements, specifications, and capability, including trace activities between system-level requirements and subsystem-level requirements; communications; interface controls; interoperability; and operations. Engage in follow-on actions such as documentation reviews, informational updates, and technical assessments for the OWG, BRWG, ICWGs, RAMWGs, SEIC, and ISG. Prepare meeting minutes; track items to closure.
  
• Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/BC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions. Support alignment of continued C2BMC developmental additions with MDA/BC spiral products from development to fielding including product assessments during the prime development cycle.
  
• Support generic BCE processes in developing and maintaining over 20 ICDs across the program and integrating Link-16 ICD with other ICD's such as GM to C2BMC, TPY-2 to C2BMC, and THAAD to C2BMC.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in STEM field and 12 years of experience.
• Knowledge of LINK 16 required.
• Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes, such as analysis, writing, and briefing.
• Ability to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations.
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts desired.

Security Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret security clearance.
