What you will do
Serve as the primary process owner for commercial products, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable manufacturing operations.
Lead technology transfer activities and support commercial manufacturing campaigns for pharmaceutical products.
Partner with customers, project teams, and manufacturing stakeholders to solve technical challenges and improve process performance.
Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing improvements that enhance yield, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
Lead investigations, root cause analyses, risk assessments, and corrective action activities using data-driven methodologies.
Support regulatory inspections, process validation, commissioning, qualification, and ongoing process verification activities.
Mentor colleagues, support operator training, and contribute to technical expertise development across the site.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
