We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team, where you’ll be supporting young patients and their families at four convenient locations: Salt Lake, Lehi, Provo, and Layton. This position will require you to split time between two of these locations, with the possibility of covering at the others as needed. Best of all? There are no weekends required for this position!

Here’s a sneak peek at your daily tasks:

o Patient Care and History: You’ll be the friendly face greeting our pediatric patients and their families, collecting important medical history, and making sure each child feels comfortable, safe, and cared for.
o Casting & Clinic Care: Help apply and remove custom casts, assist with removing surgical pins, sutures, and post-op dressings, and guide patients on how to use braces, boots, crutches, splints, and other Durable Medical Equipment (DME). Your hands-on care will make a big difference in their recovery!
o Clinic Support: You’ll be the go-to expert for keeping the clinic running smoothly, from documenting in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system with accuracy to coordinating appointments and scheduling. You’ll help ensure everything flows seamlessly throughout the day.
o Back Office Support: Whether you’re answering patient calls, prepping charts, or making post-op follow-up calls, your organizational skills will be key in keeping things efficient and organized behind the scenes.
