AVITA Medical® is a therapeutic acute wound care company focused on transforming how patients heal. We develop and deliver innovative technologies that harness the body’s own healing capabilities to accelerate recovery and improve clinical outcomes.

Our flagship technology, RECELL®, uses a patient’s own skin to create Spray-On Skin™ at the point of care, enabling faster healing for patients with serious wounds, including burns and trauma. In the U.S., we also bring forward advanced wound care solutions such as Cohealyx® and PermeaDerm®, expanding our ability to support clinicians across the continuum of care.

At AVITA Medical, we are united by a shared purpose: to help patients heal faster - and to make a meaningful difference when it matters most.

The Strategic Accounts Contracts & Operations, Manager is responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, renewal process, contract analytics, administrative coordination, and operational workflow processes for strategic accounts. This role ensures agreements, renewals, amendments, documentation, approvals, reporting, and contract- and operations-related tasks are organized, accurate, timely, and aligned with internal requirements. The role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Compliance to drive effective contract execution, improve operational processes, and support strategic account initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the renewal workflow by tracking expiration dates, renewal windows, required notices, account inputs, approval milestones, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate amendments, pricing updates, contract extensions, account changes, and supporting documentation to ensure timely completion and accurate implementation.
  • Maintain contract data integrity across relevant systems, including CRM, CLM, pricing, reporting, billing, and customer account platforms.
  • Develop and manage contract dashboards, renewal trackers, reporting tools, and analytics to provide visibility into contract status, upcoming renewals, cycle times, obligations, and account-level trends.
  • Analyze contract activity, renewal timing, pricing terms, utilization, customer obligations, and workflow performance to identify risks, gaps, trends, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Compliance to gather required inputs, resolve workflow delays, and ensure contract tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Document, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures, workflow maps, checklists, approval processes, templates, and contract administration guidelines.
  • Support internal business reviews, strategic account planning, and customer-facing discussions by preparing accurate contract summaries, renewal status updates, analytics, and action-item reports.
  • Lead contract-related workflow meetings and follow-up activities, ensuring decisions, action items, owners, and timelines are documented and driven through completion.
  • Partner with the Director, Strategic Accounts on contract review, commercial terms, negotiations, and other strategic account activities, assuming greater independent responsibility as experience and business knowledge develop.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, legal studies, operations, supply chain, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, commercial operations, sales operations, strategic accounts support, customer operations, healthcare contracting, or related functions.
  • Experience managing contract renewals, amendments, documentation workflows, approval routing, data tracking, and contract repositories.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes, renewal management, operational controls, documentation standards, and contract governance.
