- Provides Subject Matter Expertise on intelligence architecture, data bases, computer systems, and software. Provides intelligence analytical support, configuration, capabilities, and database information to support AOC ISR Division requirements. Designs and distributes over SIPRNET and JWICS intelligence analytical materials and finished products, including but not limited to long-term assessments, briefings, and weekly intelligence summaries. Manages all AOC intelligence systems in direct support to the AOC Commander as outlined in AFMAN 13-1 AOC, Volume 3.
- Coordinate with ISR Division personnel to ensure intelligence information systems are integrated and support all AOC processes for all operations, exercises and tests.
- Provide operational assistance to users of intelligence information systems and initial troubleshooting of system failures for all operations, exercises, and tests.
- Serve as liaison for 608 AOC ISRD to ACOMS, and AFGSC/A2Y, on any ISR specific system requirements, plans and/or products.
- Ensure the integration of information and proper data exchange, i.e. target lists, MIDB, NPES, etc. from other C4I systems into AOC ISR systems.
- Develop, maintain, and coordinate AOC ISR systems downtime and upgrades and timelines, establishing and coordinating priorities.
- Participate in Development Test and Evaluation (DT&E) and Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) of C2 systems and new technologies as the ISR system and application subject matter expert.
- Assist local AOC training managers to ensure MQT requirements and instructions are accurate and reflect AOC ISR configurations, technologies and support responsibilities.
- Works with WSM to establish and modify AOC weapon system profiles and permissions to meet AOC ISRD JWICS requirements on a continuous, daily basis.
- Assist the AOC configuration management with the implementation, maintenance of baseline information, ISRD systems, floor plans, architectures and compliance of System Program Office (SPO) and MAJCOM policies and site specific standards.
- Prepares finished intelligence products by designing graphics to depict intelligence analysis and assessments, to include layouts, maps, imagery, and artwork.
- Ensures proper distribution of ISRD products on both SIPRNET and JWICS utilizing dissemination portals such as Highpoint, Interlink, SharePoint and other intelligence community applications and websites.
- Develops and maintains ISRD webpages and ensures discoverability of ISRD products through proper formatting in accordance with Intelligence Community standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with the following:
- Intelligence architectures, data bases, computer systems, and software.
- Intelligence analytical support, configuration, capabilities, and database information services.
- Designing analytical materials and finished products, including but not limited to long-term assessments, briefings, and weekly intelligence summaries over SIPRNET and JWICS.
- Shall have previously been certified as mission ready in an Air Operations Center or individually possess at least two (2) years of relevant experience working with AOC Weapon Systems
- Familiar with Department of the Air Force Manual (DAMAN) 13-1 AOC Volume 3 Operational Procedures – Air and Space Operations Center, secure facility access processes
