This role is responsible for:

• Contributing directly to the success of JLL and JLL’s clients seeking digital transformation and high value opportunities directly resulting from exceptional leadership in the digital age.
• Design, implementation, and administration of smart system architectural principles and processes in alignment with business requirements and objectives.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Developing strategies and policies to ensure seamless data continuity and integrity across a global eco- system of diverse data generating and data consuming systems and mechanisms.
• Collaborating with client and JLL data governance managers to oversee the creation and maintenance of data extraction and data flow standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Conducting regular audits to identify and address potential system, architecture, and process vulnerabilities and risks as well as data continuity and extraction vulnerabilities and risks.

Acting as Program Manager for the implementation and deployment of “smart system” upgrades, changes, and installations.

Work closely with IT teams, service lines, and clients to ensure adherence to data validation practices and standards.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for outcome impacting issues faced by system, interface, and application owners and users.

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for enhancements and improvements.
