We’re looking for an Account Life Specialist to provide support to both internal and external clients; responsible for ongoing maintenance and support of client accounts through Trupay, EPIC and Expiration/Variance Reports. As an Account Life Specialist, you’ll maintain a high-level knowledge of the systems supported by NEXT and utilize your account health review to create an awesome client experience. 



What You’ll Do:

  • Exceed processing throughput and quality standards at or above the department standards
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of NEXT insurance portfolio, corresponding systems, and internal and external processes
  • Utilize various insurance tools and forms to determine accuracy in insurance rates, EIN, class codes, and experience modifications
  • Maneuver between multiple computer software applications in conjunction with carrier and bureau web-sites, internal systems to include Epic, Zendesk, TRUPAY. TRUPAY payroll error maintenance and completion of EPIC homepage activities as assigned 
  • Be responsible for ongoing maintenance (renewals) for assigned Shelterpoint/Pinnacol policies in the expiration/variance report
  • Payroll Reversals through the TRU001 page and Zendesk tickets 
  • Perform data input, maintain strong prioritization and organizational skills and professional communications
  • Maintain strong problem resolution techniques and recommend changes to staff and management
  • Maintain accurate recording of all internal and external communication (customers/insured’s, insurance partners, payroll offices, etc)
  • Continue to stay abreast of all changes pertaining to various product offerings, regulatory changes, policy changes, and insurance industry developments
  • Email notifications to partners about cancellations and class code reporting
  • Limited emails to clients about employee classifications 
  • Complete other duties as assigned

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workflow 
  • Willingness to transition from task to task along with taking on last-minute projects
