We are seeking a Manager of FP&A – Finance Transformation to join our dynamic team!  The Corporate Planning & Analytics (CP&A) team leads Broadridge’s Planning and Analytics and serves as critical partners for the Broadridge Executive Leadership team.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of management reporting within Broadridge and will work alongside senior leaders in Finance to drive transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Insights Initiative within the Digital Transformation Roadmap and partner with consultants and across the finance teams to:

    • Support the migration of Forecasting and Analytics activities to new strategic financial tools

    • Enable data driven insights around product, geography, and client profitability

    • Enhance automation of controls, workflows, validation, and variance analysis

    • Understand new capabilities required to improve the forecasting process

  • Support the Corporate Planning and Analytics team with the overall forecasting and reporting process

  • Drive insightful presentation materials on ad hoc strategic projects and other key initiatives

  • Strengthen the “university culture” of continuous learning

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or management consulting

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, big data environment, and data visualization

  • Demonstrable experience with management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting; experience with firm-wide consolidation is a plus

  • Prior experience with finance system migration

  • Excellent financial and analytical skills

  • Excellent presenter (written and verbal) who can clearly communicate to executive audiences

  • Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change

Salary range $120,000.00-125,000.00. Bonus Eligible.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
